DAIKIN “EXTENDED WARRANTY” PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS
We are pleased to announce an Extended Warranty Program for Daikin Single Split Inverter Wall Mounted Models, reaffirming our commitment to delivering superior quality and long-term reliability.
Driven by the strength of Japanese technology and refined through Malaysian innovation, our products are engineered to meet the highest standards of performance, durability, and energy efficiency. This extended warranty reflects our continuous effort to deliver quality-assured products with guaranteed peace of mind.
Two (2) years extended warranty period based on the following terms & conditions:
- Applicable to Daikin Single Split Inverter Wall Mounted Air Conditioner Models only.
- This campaign is ONLY applicable to purchases within the period of 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027.
- The previous 1+2 Extended Warranty Promotion is officially ended on 31st March 2026, and all new warranty registrations from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027 shall follow the terms and conditions of this new Promotion.
- Additional two (2) years extended warranty is only for ALL PARTS. Compressor warranty remains at five (5) years.
- Applicable to new stock only. Clearance model is not entitled for this promotion.

- All warranty is based on date of purchase of receipt or invoice. Original copy of the receipt or invoice is required for warranty claim purpose.
- DMSS will repair or replace faulty parts free of charge during the 1 year + Additional 2 years extended warranty if due to manufacturing fault. For the remaining compressor warranty period, end users will be responsible for covering the associated material and labour costs..
- Other terms and condition stated in the warranty card are still valid.
- All terms and conditions of this Promotion are subject to change without prior notice.
