Kuala Lumpur, 5 August 2025 – In a move set to reshape Malaysia’s housing landscape, Daikin Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn. Bhd. has inked a strategic partnership with Tanjung Ratna Sdn. Bhd. to deliver next-generation comfort, energy efficiency, and smart living in upcoming residential developments — including rumah mampu milik projects in Selangor.
This collaboration was made possible through the Selangor FC partnership programme and with the blessing of His Highness Tengku Amir Shah Ibni Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Alhaj, Raja Muda of Selangor. Both Daikin Malaysia and Tanjung Ratna Sdn. Bhd. are proud partners of Selangor Football Club, and it is through this shared ecosystem that both companies have come together to cooperate on upcoming projects in the state of Selangor.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Mr. Lawrence Song, Managing Director of Daikin Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn. Bhd, and Yang Berusaha Datuk Julian Lau Joo Liang, Chief Executive Officer of Tanjung Ratna Sdn. Bhd., witnessed by Mr. Lee Wai Kok, General Manager of Daikin Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn. Bhd, and Yang Berbahagia Leftenan Kolonel Bersekutu (PA) Datuk Lee Chong Haw, Director of Tanjung Ratna respectively.
