Reward Program Policy

Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THIS TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE PATICIPATING IN THE DAIKIN REWARD PROGRAMME, BECAUSE THIS TERMS & CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGAL BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN DAIKIN MALAYSIA SALES & SERVICES (“DMSS”) AND USERS OF THE GO DAIKIN APP (“GO DAIKIN APP MEMBER”).

This Terms & Conditions is a binding contract between DMSS and that Go Daikin App Member and which governs the terms of use of the Reward Program and all of the features and functions therein and any other related website or online offering whether accessed via a computer or a mobile device or through any other technology, manner or means.

Daikin Reward Programme is a point-based reward program based in Go Daikin App (“the Reward
Programme”). Participation by Go Daikin App Member in the DAIKIN MALAYSIA SALES & SERVICES(“DMSS”) Reward Programme is subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility & Participation

1.1 Membership is free. Only individual above the age of eighteen (18) years old may apply to be a
member of Go Daikin App (“Go Daikin App Member”).

1.2 DMSS has the sole and absolute discretion to exclude any persons from participating in the
Reward Programme without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason to that person.

1.3 An individual must have an account in the Go Daikin App to be able to access and use the Reward
Program.

2. Points Earning & Reward

2.1 Reward points will be awarded to new members who have downloaded Go Daikin App and signed
in Go Daikin App’s account (“Go Daikin App Member’s Account”) and all eligible spend on Go Clean service
excluding tax.

2.2 Reward points may be earned (and will be recorded in a Go Daikin App Member’s Account) from
purchases of Go Clean services.

2.3 Reward points may be earned by other methods:
i) By connecting WIFI activation using Go Daikin App
ii) By completing warranty registration at the Go Daikin App
iii) By completing daily task at the Go Daikin App
iv) By reviewing Service provider performance upon work completion.
v) Earn extra reward points upon any new Go Clean package purchase / completion via referral program.

2.5 DMSS reserves the absolute right to deduct or compute any reward points earned by Go Daikin App Members for the purpose of correcting any errors or inaccuracies in the allocation of the reward points.

2.6 Any Go Daikin App Member who is entitled to reward points are required to check the reward history for any reward points deducted from the rewards redeemed. DMSS shall not be held responsible for any disputed transactions thirty (30) days after the reward.

2.7 The reward points displayed in the Go Daikin App is correct as at the published time and subject to change from time to time by giving seven (7) days prior notification.

2.8 For any inquiries in respect of rewards points balance, Go Daikin App Members shall contact DMSS Contact Centre at 1-300-88-9675.

3. Reward Programme Period

3.1 The Reward Programme’s period shall be announced in Go Daikin App from time to time.

3.2 DMSS reserves the right to extend or terminate the Reward Programme by giving fourteen (14) business days’ notice to the Go Daikin App Member and DMSS shall not be liable to compensate or indemnify for any and all losses, damages, claims, liabilities, costs or expenses suffered or
incurred by the Go Daikin App Member arising out of or in connection with the Reward Programme.

4. Rewards Points Deduction & Expiry

4.1 Reward points to be redeemed by Go Daikin App Member can only be used from Go Daikin App Member Account.

4.2 Reward points to be redeemed can only be used for purchase of any Go Clean packages. The Reward points shall be applied as 100 points equals to RM1 and the nearest RM 0.01 shall be used during point conversion.

4.3 As for reward items in the form of discount vouchers (if any), the following terms and conditions are applicable:
a) The vouchers redeemed are not transferrable, refundable or exchangeable for other items
including but not limited to cash or credit under any circumstances;
b) The validity of the vouchers is specified on the respective voucher and in the event the validity period for that voucher has expired, DMSS will not extend the validity date nor refund the redeemed rewards points for the unused portion;
c) The vouchers shall only be redeemed at participating merchants and subject to the terms and conditions therein;
d) The vouchers shall be redeemed only at the participating third-party vendors’ app listed in the Reward Programme;
e) All vouchers are subject to availability and restrictions in respect of the period to redeem the vouchers which may apply; and
f) DMSS shall not be responsible for any stolen, unused or expired vouchers which had been received by Go Daikin App Members.
g) Any reward points, which are not used by a Go Daikin App Member for any redemption within twelve (12) months from the month in which the reward points were recorded, the said reward points will automatically expire and be deducted from the reward points balance in the Go Daikin App Member’s Account.

5. Expiry of Reward Points

5.1 All reward points will be valid for three hundred and sixty-five (365) days from the date of award (“Validity Period”) and shall automatically expire on the expiry of the Validity Period.

6. General Terms & Conditions

6.1 By accepting this Terms & Conditions or participating in the Reward Programme, the Go Daikin App Member is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein and any other instructions, terms and conditions that DMSS may issue from time to time. DMSS may modify the Terms & Conditions from time to time and Go Daikin App Member’s continued use of the Reward Program after such modification signifies his/her agreement to have read, understood and agreed to such changes.

6.2 DMSS reserves the right to vary and/or alter the terms and conditions of the Reward Programme wholly or in part including but not limited to reward offers and withdrawal of offers within fourteen (14) working days giving prior notice via email, website or other means of communication that may be deemed appropriate by DMSS.

6.3 DMSS reserves the right to video, photograph, record and/or publish any Go Daikin App Members’ images and details for the purpose relating to the publicity of the Reward Programme without having to pay any fee or remuneration to the Go Daikin App Members. By accepting the terms and conditions of this Rewards Program, Go Daikin App Member hereby consent to publication of his/her likeness with or without his/her name and for any lawful purposes, in photographs and/or video in any and all of its publications, including (without limitation) brochures, advertisements, Web space, social media (e.g. Facebook) and in any and all other media, whether now known or hereafter existing, in perpetuity, and for other use by DMSS with no monetary or other claim against DMSS for the use of such aforesaid information, photographs and/or video for publicity purposes.

6.4 Any images displayed on the website are strictly for illustrative purposes only and the actual products may vary from the images displayed on the website.

6.5 Go Daikin App Member is required to check and reconcile the monthly statement for any reward points deducted for reward. DMSS will not be responsible for any disputed transaction received fourteen (14) days after the redemption date.

6.6 Go Daikin App Member shall contact DMSS within fourteen (14) days for any dispute concerning items or services received under the Reward Programme.

6.7 In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions of the Reward Programme and any brochures, marketing or other promotional materials or communications relating to the Reward Programme, these terms and conditions of the Reward programme shall prevail.

6.8 Use of the Reward Program may require Go Daikin App Member’s devices to have access or connection via mobile network or internet (fees may apply), and may require obtaining updates or upgrades from time to time. As use of the Reward Program involves hardware, software, and internet access, Go Daikin App Member’s ability to use the Reward Program may be affected by the performance of these factors. Go Daikin App Member acknowledges and agrees that complying with such system requirements, which may be changed from time to time, is his /her responsibility and that he/she use of any third party service are subject to the terms and conditions of use established by the respective third party service providers.

6.9 The Reward Program may require Go Daikin App Member to download and install updates from time to time. He/She agrees to such downloading and installation of updates as part of his/her use of the Reward Program. Use of the Reward Program will require his/her devices to have access or connection via mobile network or internet (fees may apply), and may require he/she to obtain updates or upgrades from time to time. As use of the Reward Program involve hardware, software, and Internet access, he/she ability to use the Reward Program may be affected by the reliability and performance of such system requirements. He/She acknowledge and agree that such system requirements, which may be changed from time to time, are his/her responsibility. He/she also acknowledge that the Reward Programmes will be available in Malaysia or on all devices, and may be subject to restrictions imposed by his/her network carrier or Internet provider.

6.10 The terms and conditions set out herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian Courts for any dispute, disagreement or controversy arising out of or in connection with the Reward Programme.
