- Eligibility:
a. The Daikin Go Clean SFC Flask Giveaway (“the Campaign”) is open to individuals who fulfilled the following criteria:
i. Customers who purchase 2 units or more of air-cond cleaning service during the Campaign Period.
ii. Customers use ‘REDGIANT‘ or ‘REDGIANTAP‘ or ‘REDGIANTFB‘ or ‘REDGIANTWA‘ promo code during the Go Clean Service checkout - Campaign Period:
a. The Campaign will commence on 15th July 2023 at 12:00 AM (GMT) and conclude on 31st August 2023 at 11:59 PM (GMT).
b. The Campaign Period is subject to change at the discretion of Daikin without prior notice. - Limited Edition SFC Flask:
a. A total of 150 limited edition SFC Flasks will be available for distribution during the Campaign.
b. The SFC Flasks will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible customers who purchase 2 units or more of air-cond cleaning service and MUST use the ‘REDGIANT‘ or ‘REDGIANTAP‘ or ‘REDGIANTFB‘ or ‘REDGIANTWA‘ - promo code during checkout.
c. The availability of the SFC Flasks is limited, and no additional stock will be provided once all 150 units are exhausted.
d. The SFC Flasks are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards. - Participation and Redemption:
a. To participate in the Campaign and stand a chance to receive the limited edition SFC Flask, customers must:
i. Purchase 2 units or more of air-cond cleaning service from Daikin during the Campaign Period & use ‘REDGIANT‘ or ‘REDGIANTAP‘ or ‘REDGIANTFB‘ or ‘REDGIANTWA‘. - promo code.
ii. Fulfill the payment requirements as specified by Daikin Go Clean.
b. Only eligible customers who fulfill the above criteria will be considered for the limited edition SFC Flask redemption.
c. The SFC Flasks can be redeemed at the point of service delivery or as otherwise specified by Daikin. - General Terms and Conditions:
a. Daikin reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any individual found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
b. Daikin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or any part thereof, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
c. Daikin shall not be held responsible for any loss, damages, or injuries incurred by participants during the Campaign.
d. By participating in the Campaign, customers agree to release Daikin from any liability arising from their participation or use of the SFC Flask.
e. Daikin’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign, including the allocation of the limited edition SFC Flasks, shall be final and binding. - Governing Law:
a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Campaign is conducted. - Giveaway Delivery Date Terms and Conditions
a. By entering this giveaway, participants agree that the scheduled prize delivery date for winners is September 4, 2023.
b. Winners must respond within the communicated timeframe to provide accurate delivery details. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
c. The sponsor/organizer is not responsible for delays in prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
d. Prizes will be shipped to the delivery address provided by winners. The sponsor/organizer is not liable for lost or misdirected shipments due to inaccurate address information.
e. Any additional costs, such as customs duties or taxes, incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the winner.
f. The sponsor/organizer reserves the right to modify these terms if necessary.
