How to ensure proper insulation during installation?
Additional insulation of thickness 10mm or more of glasswool or polyethylene foam is required under the following conditions:
a) when the temperature and humidity in the ceiling exceed 30 degrees and Relative Humidity (RH) 80%.
b) when the unit operates for 24 hours.

Why do I need to install the drain tray?
Drain tray is installed so as to prevent condensation water from dripping. It is installed under the outdoor unit. The water is then channelled to the nearest toilet or floor trap via PVC piping.
