Responsibilities :
Service existing customers and attend to customer enquiries.
Make demonstrations, educate and provide technical advice to customer on both old and new products and systems.

Preparation of quotation and follow-up within three days.
Prepare and submit customer survey forms and marketing reports weekly.
Gather information on market demand, competition and latest technologies.
Responsible to ensure meeting the pre-set sales target.
Selection and sizing of air conditioning equipments.
Responsible for maintaining a high level standard of customer service and good customer-relations.
Requirements :
Degree / Diploma in Engineering - Mechanical / Electrical with knowledge in air conditioning.
Preferably with minimum two years of working experience in sales / air conditioning industry.
Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft Words and Excel.
Self-motivated, result oriented, resourceful, disciplined, dynamic team player and independent.

Job Summary
The job holder shall be responsible for development and maintenance of effective custom relations. He shall plan and implement strategies, policies and programs to provide a full range of comprehensive after sales service and pursue service value chain businesses for the achievement of organization goals.
Responsibilities :
Attends to customer complaints.
Review customer concerns with technical service personnel and take corrective action as required.
Responsible for coordinating technical services to customers on a timely and efficient basis.
Provide training to dealers / contractors
Commission and test new equipment / new installations.
Support service dealers in all spare parts / servicing matters.

Review pricing schemes for both service and spare to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
